- 5 eggs
- 4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup milk
- 7 tbsp sunflower oil
- 3/4 cup sugar

HOW TO PREPARE A TALL AND SOFT BUNDT CAKE
BEAT THE EGGS: Beat the eggs with the sugar for at least 15 minutes, they should be nice and fluffy, this way the dessert will be super soft.
Without stopping the beating, gradually add the milk, oil, grated orange zest, and finally the sifted flour and baking powder. Mix well.
POUR INTO THE MOLD: prepare a bundt cake pan of about 9.5 inches but it must be tall. If you don’t have a tall mold, you can raise the entire border of the mold with parchment paper so during baking the dessert won’t spill out, see photo below, it’s not very visible because the dessert was already in the oven. Pour the batter into the greased and floured mold and bake at 350°F for about 35/40 minutes but always do the toothpick test. Once cooked, dust with powdered sugar.
