- 3 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- flavoring (to taste)
- 1 1/8 cup butter (very soft)
- 1 1/4 cups ricotta
- Nutella® (or hazelnut cream)
- powdered sugar (for dusting)

HOW TO PREPARE THE TART WITH RICOTTA AND NUTELLA WITH WHIPPED SHORTCRUST
FOR THE PROCEDURE WITH AND WITHOUT BIMBY YOU CAN FOLLOW THIS RECIPE
Once the shortcrust is spread, cover the bottom with Nutella or hazelnut cream, then cover everything with ricotta. With the shortcrust you set aside, make the strips. Bake at 350°F for about 35 minutes, but adjust according to your oven. Once cooked, dust with powdered sugar if you like.
The butter must be very soft. If you don’t have a piping bag, you can spread the shortcrust with a slightly wet spoon or with wet hands
