- 1.7 cups water
- 1 fresh yeast

LET’S PREPARE THE SPOON PIZZA NO-KNEAD DOUGH
To make the spoon pizza no-knead dough, pour the water into a bowl, add the fresh yeast and mix, add part of the flour and mix then add the oil, the salt, and the rest of the flour, keep mixing, combine everything, cover with a plate and let it rest for 30 minutes.
