HOW TO PREPARE TIRAMISU’ WITHOUT YOLKS

  • PREPARING THE EGG WHITE CREAM: In a small pot, place the milk with the extract and part of the sugar and heat well without boiling. In a bowl, mix the egg whites with the rest of the sugar; they should not be whipped. Add the flour and mix without lumps. Gradually add the hot milk, then thicken everything on the fire. Once ready, remove it from the heat, cover it with plastic wrap and let it cool, and when it’s ready, add the mascarpone and blend everything with the electric whisks.

  • PREPARATION OF TIRAMISU’ WITHOUT YOLKS: Prepare some coffee, soak the ladyfingers with the coffee and cover the bottom of a baking dish, add the cream and sprinkle with cocoa, make another layer and finish with cocoa.
