HOW TO MAKE VEGETABLE BURGERS – SPINACH AND CHICKPEA BURGERS
To make spinach and chickpea burgers, first boil the spinach, and once cooked, drain and let them cool. Put everything in a mixer and blend the ingredients.
Put a bit of flour in a bowl and add water little by little, you need to get a kind of batter but not very thick.
With wet hands, form patties but a bit larger, pass them in the batter and then in the breadcrumbs. Let the burgers rest in the freezer for at least 30 minutes or until it’s time to cook them, or you can prepare them the day before and keep them in the fridge until you cook them.
Place the burgers on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and cook them at 350°F for about 15/20 minutes. You can also cook them in an air fryer or fry them.
