LET’S MAKE THE MUFFINS
Mix with a hand whisk in a bowl, the eggs with the sugar, add the yogurt and then the oil, and finally, the flour with the sifted starch and baking powder. Mix well and then add the apple cut into pieces. I also left the peel on. Pour the batter into paper liners and then place them in the muffin tin.
