Ingredients for the Kinder Delice Roll
- 3 eggs
- 3 tbsp sunflower oil
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 pinch fine salt
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 7 oz mascarpone
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tbsp sweetened condensed milk (Can be replaced with more powdered sugar)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract (Optional)
- 2.5 oz milk chocolate
- 2.5 oz dark chocolate
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1.5 tbsp butter

Steps for the Kinder Delice Roll
To make this delicious Kinder Delice roll, you first need to prepare the soft roll. In a large bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar and vanilla essence for 15 minutes until they become frothy and whitish, add the sunflower oil in a thin stream and continue to beat. Finally, add the pre-sifted flour and unsweetened cocoa with the baking powder and salt, and mix again with a spatula for a few minutes until you get a smooth and homogeneous mixture. Line a rectangular baking tray or sheet pan of 12×16 inches with moistened and squeezed parchment paper and pour the mixture, leveling well with a smooth spatula. Bake in a static oven preheated to 355°F for about 15 minutes. When the base is ready (obviously do the toothpick test), place the hot roll on a clean and dampened tea towel. Carefully detach from the parchment paper and roll it up with the help of the tea towel, including the tea towel inside the roll. Close tightly and let cool at room temperature. Now let’s prepare the filling. In a bowl, whip the well-chilled mascarpone from the fridge with the fresh cream and powdered sugar using an electric whisk until you get a frothy cream, then add the condensed milk in a thin stream and continue to whip until you get a fluffy mixture. Take the roll, unroll it, and fill it with the mascarpone cream. Roll up gently and place in the fridge to firm up.
In a small saucepan, heat the cream, turn off the heat, and add the chopped dark and milk chocolate, stirring until you get a shiny and creamy glaze. Finally, add the butter and mix. Let it cool for about ten minutes or until the glaze reaches a temperature of 95°F. Retrieve the roll from the fridge and glaze it completely. Use a cooling rack to help you. Then place the roll on a serving plate and put it back in the fridge for an hour.
