Ingredients for Nutella muffins in Air Fryer

  • 1 egg
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/3 cup sunflower oil (Or 6 tbsp of softened butter)
  • 1/4 cup plain yogurt (Or 1/4 cup of milk)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch fine salt
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • to taste Nutella®

Tools

  • 1 Bowl
  • 1 Air Fryer
  • Electric Beaters
  • 1 Spoon
  • Muffin Molds

Steps for Nutella muffins in Air Fryer

  • To make these cute Nutella muffins in the air fryer, create the batter. Beat the eggs with the sugar and vanilla in a bowl using electric beaters until you get a frothy cream. Add the plain yogurt, sunflower oil, and mix with care. Mix in the sifted all-purpose flour, pinch of salt, and baking powder until you obtain a smooth and homogeneous batter. Using a simple spoon, pour one and a half tablespoons of batter into individual muffin cups (silicone or aluminum) and place a tablespoon of Nutella in the center (you can freeze it if you like), then cover with the remaining batter and cook in an air fryer preheated to 320°F for about 15-17 minutes.

  • When they are golden, perform the toothpick test and turn off. For oven baking, simply bake them in a preheated static oven at 355°F for 15-20 minutes.

  • Gently remove the muffins from the molds and place them on a serving plate. I hope you like my latest recipe, until next time, friends.
