- pastry cream
- 2/3 cup fresh liquid cream
- 10.5 oz fresh berries (Blackberries, raspberries, strawberries)
- 0.7 oz crushed pistachios
- powdered sugar

Once the cream is ready and cooled, beat the fresh cream in a separate bowl until stiff. Add it to the pastry cream in two additions, using a spatula. Mix gently to avoid deflating the mixture until you get a smooth and well-blended cream.
Insert the diplomatic cream into a piping bag with a smooth nozzle. Take up the soft tart and decorate the base as shown in the photo by creating petals and forming a flower. Finally, decorate the entire surface with berries and crushed pistachios.
