Steps for the Soft Tart with Berries and Diplomatic Cream

  • To make this wonderful soft tart with berries and diplomatic cream, you need to prepare the soft tart and pastry cream in advance. For the soft tart, you will find the link to make it here https://blog.giallozafferano.it/rosly/ricetta-crostata-morbida/

  • To prepare the pastry cream, you will find the recipe link here https://blog.giallozafferano.it/rosly/ricetta-crema-pasticcera/. Once the cream is ready and cooled, beat the fresh cream in a separate bowl until stiff. Add it to the pastry cream in two additions, using a spatula. Mix gently to avoid deflating the mixture until you get a smooth and well-blended cream.

  • Insert the diplomatic cream into a piping bag with a smooth nozzle. Take up the soft tart and decorate the base as shown in the photo by creating petals and forming a flower. Finally, decorate the entire surface with berries and crushed pistachios.

  • And here it is ready, before serving, just sprinkle with powdered sugar. I hope you like my latest recipe, see you next time, friends.
