Hello friends, today I suggest these delicious tagliatelle with tuna and bell pepper cream to prepare as a main dish for lunch or dinner. Very simple but above all a quick idea. For the tuna cream, I used a truly exceptional ingredient, burrata, which will make everything more special. I did not want to make the bell pepper cream that is commonly made very often, but I wanted to give a different flavor to this pasta thanks to the presence of tuna and burrata mixed together. Steps for tagliatelle with tuna and bell pepper cream
To make these creamy tagliatelle with tuna and bell pepper cream, first cook the bell peppers. Wash and cut the peppers into very small cubes on a cutting board. In a pan, sauté the chopped onion with some oil, then add the peppers and mix thoroughly. Salt and pepper and continue cooking using a few ladles of water. It will take about 20 minutes.
Bring some water to a boil in a pot to cook the pasta. Pour the burrata, drained tuna, capers, and anchovies in oil into the blender glass and start blending everything, add a few ladles of hot water and blend until you obtain a smooth and creamy blend. Pour the cream into a pan and set aside. Cook the tagliatelle al dente in salted hot water, drain them, and pour them into the pan containing the tuna cream. Mix and sauté everything on the stove, and if needed, add more cooking water. When the tagliatelle appears creamy, add the bell peppers and let them sauté for a few more seconds.
And here are the tagliatelle with tuna and bell pepper cream ready. Plate them and enjoy hot. I hope you like this latest recipe of mine, see you next time, friends.
STORAGE, TIPS, AND NOTES
The tagliatelle can be replaced with any other type of pasta. If you don’t like peppers like this, you can simply blend them to obtain a little cream to add to the tuna cream.
