The white focaccia requires few ingredients: flour, yeast, water, oil, and salt. In the kitchen, it serves as an excellent all-rounder: it is indeed a versatile preparation that can easily change position within menus. I made it with semolina flour, but it can be made with any type of flour we like.
The white focaccia is suitable to be served as an accompaniment to anything we like and is very appreciated served with appetizers and snacks for aperitifs.
We can serve it along with tasty salads, with cheeses, pickled vegetables, in soups.
But also as a snack at different times of the day.
We prepare it quickly and enjoy it both hot and cold. A dose of 500 grams of flour is enough for 6 people. The calories per portion are: 360. Unlike pizza, focaccia requires gentler temperatures.
