How to Make Homemade Creamy Cappuccino Like at the Café
There are several recipes to make cappuccino, but the base is always good coffee.
Put the milk in a steel saucepan and heat on the stove without boiling.
Take the immersion blender and start blending the milk making an upward motion.
Whip the milk until you get a dense foam. Turn the frothed milk in the steel jug making circular movements clockwise and counterclockwise.
Prepare the coffee with the moka pot, espresso machine, pods, or capsules.
Pour the coffee into the cup and gently add the milk. Or you can pour the milk first and then the coffee.
Sweeten and decorate with a sprinkle of cocoa or cinnamon.
