DIFFERENCE BETWEEN JUICER AND CENTRIFUGE

CENTRIFUGE

The centrifuge system goes very fast and heats the juice. Juicing at high speed results in the juice being ‘separated’: foam will be at the top and juice at the bottom.

JUICER

The juicer is based on the principle of slowness, and the juice is minimally processed. In fact, the juicer’s auger rotates at only 40 revolutions per minute. The juice comes out more homogeneous and produces no foam. Moreover, the residue from the juicer can be mixed into sweet or savory doughs.

We can improve our health by avoiding synthetic preservatives (chemicals) and making homemade juices and plant milks with no processing or pasteurization, truly a way to care for ourselves!

STORAGE METHODS

Not everything produced with the juicer must be drunk immediately; I’ll show you a brief guide to help preserve flavors and textures as much as possible.

JUICES

Extracting and immediately drinking juice allows you to enjoy all the nutrients (enzymes, vitamins). The problem is oxidation. Therefore, if not consumed immediately, it is recommended to pour the juice into glass bottles and store them immediately in the refrigerator. You will notice separation during storage, which is entirely normal: fibers are heavier than the juice itself, so they initially rise to the surface and then settle at the bottom. Simply shake the bottle gently to make the juice homogeneous again.

Cheers to healthy juice for everyone!
