Tips and Notes

If using ready-made gnocchi, the procedure is the same.

You can use 100 ml of milk instead of butter, you can also use gorgonzola with mascarpone which is sweeter and more delicate.

You can freeze them raw as soon as they are made by placing them on a tray with space between each; once they are nice and hard, you can put them in a freezer bag. No need to thaw before cooking.
