- spices (to taste (pepper, turmeric, dried herbs, etc.))
Tools
To make the vegetable stock cube with Frozen Minestrone, you will need the following tools
- Kitchen Robot
- Kitchen Robot thermomix
- Jars
- Funnels
Procedure:
Take your frozen minestrone and let it thaw slightly to make it easier to process. It doesn’t need to be completely thawed; just make sure it’s not rock hard.
Place the partially thawed minestrone in the bowl of Monsieur Cuisine or Thermomix. Add the salt and the spices of your choice.
Set the tool to finely chop the vegetables. With the Thermomix, you could set it to speed 7 for about 10 seconds. With the Monsieur Cuisine, choose a similar function.
After chopping the vegetables, cook them in the bowl for about 30 minutes at 212°F (100°C) at speed 1. This step will allow the vegetables to release their flavors and create a concentrated mixture.
Transfer the mixture into sterilized glass jars. Make sure the jars are clean and dry before filling them.
This recipe is really a breeze and ensures you have a flavorful stock cube to use for your broths, soups, or to enhance any dish you want to cook. Moreover, it’s a great solution for those short on time but who don’t want to compromise on the quality of their dishes.
I hope this recipe is useful to you, and I invite you to share it with your friends who love to cook in a practical and quick way. Until the next recipe!
