Air Fryer Fish Cutlets a perfect solution for a tasty and light dish. A valid alternative to the classic meat cutlet, and preparing it with the air fryer becomes simpler without sacrificing crunchiness, ideal for adults and a way to get children to eat fish..the preparation is very simple, just choose the fish fillets you prefer such as cod, plaice, perch, salmon, hake, etc., flour them, dip them in egg, then coat them with breadcrumbs and add a bit of oil. In this recipe, I used non-frozen perch fillets, breaded with homemade breadcrumbs, quite coarse to make them even crunchier, flavored with some spices. All that’s left is to try and enjoy!!
