- 3/4 cup frying flour
- 1/2 cup cold sparkling water

Steps
First, rinse the prawns, remove the antennae,
remove the shell
and with a knife make an incision on the back to remove the intestine (black thread).
At this point, prepare the batter.
Heat the oil, preferably in a deep fryer, at a temperature of 340°F. Dip the prawns into the batter a few at a time and place them in hot oil. Cook for about 3 minutes, browning them first on one side and then on the other.
