Ingredients
- 1 2/3 cups cake flour
- 1/3 cup potato starch
- 3 eggs
- 7 tbsp clarified butter
- 3.5 oz dark chocolate
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 3.5 oz almonds
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 packet baking powder
- 1 packet vanillin

Steps
In a bowl, place the eggs and sugar, beat until you obtain a light and frothy mixture.
Add the soft butter and continue to beat. Once the butter is well melted, pour in the milk at room temperature.
Mix the dry ingredients, flour, starch, baking powder, and vanillin, and add them to the mixture. Mix all the ingredients well.
Take the chocolate and almonds and chop them coarsely.
Pour them into the mixture. Butter and flour the baking pan, pour the mixture and tap the base to settle it.
Bake at 356°F in a preheated fan oven for about 25 minutes. Always do the toothpick test.
The chocolate and almond cake is ready!!
Decorate it with powdered sugar.
