The green pepper chicken breast is a very tasty second course with an aromatic cream that is irresistible. A really simple and quick dish to prepare, an idea for a sudden dinner that will not disappoint anyone. To make this recipe, green pepper is usually used in grains and I have always eaten it this way, but I have never loved chewing the berries, so I preferred to use powdered pepper and I assure you that the scent is even more pronounced. Ingredients
- 1.8 lbs whole chicken breast
- 1 cup fresh liquid cream
- 3.5 tbsp butter
- 1 glass white wine
- oil
- green pepper in powder or grains to taste
- salt

Steps
Take the whole chicken breast, clean it from fat and bones and cut it into medium-sized pieces.
Then coat them well with flour, removing the excess before placing them in the pan.
In the pot, add a little oil, butter, and green pepper, which you can choose to add in grains or powder, turn on the heat, and melt over low heat. As soon as it starts to fry, add the floured chicken breast.
Slightly raise the heat and brown, turning occasionally.
When all the pieces are browned, deglaze with the wine by raising the heat to evaporate it. Then pour in the cream and salt, cover and thicken by cooking for about 20/25 minutes, it should be creamy, but not liquid.
The green pepper chicken breast is ready.

Storage
