A classic first course of Italian cuisine that will never go out of style, the penne with salmon are exciting and delicate and can be prepared in just a few minutes. When we think of this first course, the ingredient that comes to mind for seasoning it is cream, but in this recipe, I propose the version with tomato, less fatty and equally tasty. A very simple sauce where I used peeled tomatoes, but you can use tomato puree or pulp, and top-quality salmon. All you have to do is try!!
