Ingredients
- 1.8 lbs chicken breast
- 5 medium peppers
- 3/8 cup butter
- Half glass white wine
- 1 glass water
- flour as needed (for dredging)
- spicy paprika
- powdered turmeric
- curry

- 1 teaspoon vegetable stock cube

Steps
Start by cutting the chicken breast into small pieces. Then dredge them well so that they are dry and covered in flour. Prepare the peppers, wash them, remove the seeds and stalk, first cut them in half and then into thin slices about 1/4 inch thick.
In a pan, add enough oil to cover the bottom and the butter in pieces. Melt over medium heat and add the floured chicken breast. Raise the heat a bit and brown for 2 minutes, always stirring, then add the wine and let it evaporate, keeping the heat slightly higher.
Now lower the heat and add salt and all the spices, stir and place the peppers on top, add half a glass of water, cover and cook over moderate heat, stirring occasionally. Add another half glass of water if needed. It should be creamy but not liquid.
After 30/35 minutes, the spiced chicken breast is ready.
Storage
You can store the spiced chicken breast in the refrigerator for 2 days.
Variation
You can replace the chicken breast with turkey breast.
