The sweet phyllo triangles are light and crispy. If you want a quick and tasty little treat, this recipe could be an idea. You can fill them in different ways, with jams, Nutella, creams, fruits, etc. I chose the classic custard, and they are really very tasty. The ready-made phyllo pastry we find on the market consists of several very thin sheets and it is very easy for them to tear when used, so you just need to be a little careful in handling it. I used the ready phyllo because making it at home is quite laborious and it would become more complicated, but I assure you that the result with the ready-made one will not disappoint you. The triangles can also be filled with savory ingredients, perhaps to serve as an appetizer or starter. You just have to try!!

Ingredients
- 4 phyllo pastry sheets
- custard
- butter to taste
- brown sugar to taste
Tools
- Baking Tray
- Parchment Paper
Steps
First, if you have chosen to fill them with custard, you will need to prepare it first to let it cool well.
Take the phyllo pastry sheets and cut them in half vertically.
Start with the first sheet, take a teaspoon of custard and place it on one side, but not exactly in the center.
Begin to form triangles by bringing the point over the custard and forming the first triangle, then with the other point bring it up to create a second triangle.
Continue folding in the same way until the end of the sheet. If it doesn’t end precisely, you can trim it by cutting.
The triangle is ready.
Place parchment paper on a baking tray and place the triangles on it. Brush them with butter and sprinkle with brown sugar. Bake at 356°F in a preheated oven for 15 minutes
The sweet phyllo triangles are ready.
Storage
The phyllo triangles should be consumed on the same day, otherwise they will lose their crunchiness.
