Ingredients
- 1.76 lbs turkey meat
- 4 potatoes
- 10 cherry tomatoes
- 1/4 cup white wine
- 1 tsp broth cube (or one cube)

- 1/2 onion
- pepper
- 2 cups water

Steps
First, peel the potatoes and dice them. Take the turkey meat and dredge it in flour, then shake off the excess flour.
In the pan, add a drizzle of oil and the chopped onion, sauté over low heat, and when the onion is golden brown, add the meat, turn up the heat a bit, and after 2 minutes, deglaze with wine.
Let it evaporate, then lower the heat and add the halved or quartered cherry tomatoes, potatoes, broth cube, and pepper.
Add enough water to cover the meat, cover, and cook over moderate heat for about 40 minutes. Taste and adjust salt if necessary.
The turkey stew with potatoes is ready. Enjoy your meal!

You can store the turkey stew covered in the refrigerator for 2 days.
Notes
If you prefer, you can cook it in a pressure cooker for about 25 minutes.
