- 2 cups cherry tomatoes
- 3 eggs
- 5 leaves basil
- 50 Grana Padano flakes
- to taste olive oil

Steps
To prepare Omelette noodles in salad, it will take just a few minutes.
In a container, place the eggs along with two pinches of salt, a sprinkle of pepper, finely chopped parsley, and grated Parmesan cheese.
Quickly mix and fry in a large pan with a diameter of 10 inches, first on one side and then on the other. The fry should be slightly golden.
