  • 2 tablespoons breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

  • Wash the fennel, remove the end and the stalk, and cut them into 8 parts. Place them in a pot with cold water and put on the stove. Cook for about 8 minutes after boiling. This will make them nice and soft.
