- 2 sea breams (already cleaned)
- Half lemon

Steps for Baked Sea Bream
Rinse the sea breams well under running water. I recommend buying them from the fishmonger and asking them to clean them. This way, the preparation time will be halved. If they are whole, you will first need to gut them. In this case, make a small cut with scissors underneath and empty the inside well. Rinse everything very well under running water.
Cut the half lemon into thin slices and chop the parsley. Similarly, chop the garlic clove.
In a baking dish lined with parchment paper, place our sea breams. From the cut underneath, we can now stuff them with garlic, parsley, salt, pepper, and a slice of lemon. Then brush them with extra virgin olive oil.
Cook at 350°F for about 20 minutes. They will be cooked when the fins lift slightly and the scales change color.
