Questions and Answers
Can I prepare the carrot rösti in advance and store them?
Yes, you can easily prepare them in advance. Once cooked and cooled, store them in the refrigerator in an airtight container for up to 3 days. When ready to serve, I recommend reheating them in the air fryer for 2-3 minutes: they will become crispy and fragrant as if they were just made.
Is it possible to freeze carrot rösti?
Absolutely yes! You can freeze them already cooked, first arranging them on a tray to prevent sticking, then transferring them to a food bag. When needed, you can heat them directly in the air fryer, still frozen, for about 6-8 minutes. Great for a quick and well-organized meal!
