You can play with the spices as you like. You can add nutmeg if you prefer.

FAQ (Questions and Answers)

  • What kind of milk can I use for the Gingerbread Latte?

You can use cow’s milk or any barista line plant milk. To froth better, the milk should have at least a small fat component, while very watered-down plant drinks may not froth properly

  • Can I omit the spices I don’t like?

To get the classic gingerbread latte flavor, ginger and cinnamon are necessary. Of course, you can omit one of these spices and maybe replace them with nutmeg or cocoa powder, but you will have a different product.
