- 1 sheet puff pastry (round)
- 2.8 oz salami (speck, cooked ham)
- 2.8 oz provolone (spreadable cheese, taleggio)
- to taste milk
- to taste sesame seeds (optional)

Steps for Stuffed Savory Croissants
Roll out the puff pastry on the parchment paper and with the pizza cutter, cut out many triangles, aiming for about 25. Start by making a cross to divide the circle into 4 parts, then make several diagonal cuts.
Place a piece of your choice of filling, such as one of the cold cuts or cheeses, at the base of each triangle on the wider part, filling them all.
Once all are placed, starting from the bottom, roll the croissants onto themselves until closed. Brush them with a little milk and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Place them spaced apart on the baking tray or in the air fryer. Bake them in the oven at 392°F (200°C) for about 15 minutes in static mode. Alternatively, bake them in the air fryer at 392°F (200°C) for about 12 minutes.
