- 2 tablespoons breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

Steps for Microwave Gratinated Fennel
Wash the fennels, remove the end and the stalk, and cut them into 8 parts. Place them in a pot with cold water and place on the stove. Let them cook for about 8 minutes from boiling. This will make them beautifully soft.
Once drained, lay them on the crisp plate, trying to arrange them in a single layer.
Sprinkle them all with Parmesan cheese, and then with breadcrumbs.
Adjust with salt and pepper and finally complete with extra virgin olive oil.
Cook in the microwave in combined mode 650w + grill (or crisp mode) for about 8 minutes. They will be crispy and delicious. I recommend serving them hot.
