Steps for Oven-Baked Stuffed Mini Meatloaves
Place the stale bread in a bowl and cover with water. Let it sit until the bread softens completely. Once well softened, squeeze it out and return it to the bowl with salt, pepper, the egg, and the ground beef. Mix well with your hands until you get a nice ball.
Divide the mixture into 4 parts. Flatten them well with your hands and place a slice of cooked ham and a strip of provolone in the center. Use your hands to close the mixture up, forming 4 small sausages.
Place them on the crisp plate lined with parchment paper, and cook in the microwave with Crisp function for 15 minutes, or in combined grill + microwave mode at 650w for 15 minutes. Then activate the grill function for 5 minutes, and they will be ready.
Alternatively, you can cook in an air fryer or traditional oven for about 30 minutes.
I recommend serving the oven-baked stuffed mini meatloaves with my microwave roasted potatoes.
