- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt 0% fat
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 lemon (grated zest)

Procedure for Pie with Greek Yogurt Shortcrust Pastry
In a large mixer or blender, place the yogurt, sugar, and baking powder.
Start the blades and then gradually add the flour, and finally, the vegetable oil in a thin stream.
Finish with the grated lemon zest and let everything blend.
Transfer to a lightly floured work surface and knead by hand until you obtain a small dough.The dough does not need to rest in the fridge! 🙂 It will be manageable right away.
Roll it out with a rolling pin on a sheet of parchment paper and transfer it to your pan.
Fill your shortcrust pastry with whatever you like, such as hazelnut cream, jams, or ricotta and chocolate chips.
Create the decorations you prefer and transfer it to a preheated oven.
Bake at 356°F for 30 minutes in static mode.
