Ingredients for salmon and potatoes in air fryer
- 2 pieces salmon (even frozen)
- 1.1 lbs potatoes
- 2 tbsps extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tbsps bread crumbs
- 1 tbsp pistachio flour (optional)
- 1 pinch salt

- 1 Air Fryer air fryer
- 1 Air Fryer Paper parchment paper for air fryer
- 1 Knife kitchen knife
Steps to make salmon and potatoes in air fryer
Clean the salmon from the skin. If still frozen, let it defrost in the fridge or microwave. With a tablespoon of oil, grease it on all sides and set aside.
Peel and slice the potatoes into rather thin slices. In a dish, season them with a tablespoon of oil, a tablespoon of bread crumbs, and a pinch of salt. Mix well with a spoon or hands.
Place the parchment paper in the air fryer basket and arrange the potatoes well, trying to overlap them as little as possible. In the potato dish, pour the remaining bread crumbs and pistachio flour and coat the salmon on all 4 sides.
Place the salmon on the potatoes in the basket and cook for 20 minutes at 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
There’s no need to flip the salmon halfway through cooking. It will turn out great this way, try it to believe.
Storage, notes, and advice.
This dish is best consumed immediately. In any case, we can store the salmon in an airtight container, in the fridge, until the next day. Heat it well before consuming.
