- 2 sea breams (about 400 grams each)
- Half clove garlic
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 bunch parsley
- 2 wedges lemon
- to taste salt

Steps for Sea Bream in Air Fryer
First of all, it’s necessary to clean the sea breams (or have them cleaned by the fishmonger). You will need to make an incision underneath and remove the guts. Additionally, with a small knife, scale them by running the blade over the entire surface. Rinse them very well under running water.
Let’s season our sea breams. Chop the garlic into small pieces. Finely chop the parsley with a knife. In a small bowl, combine the chopped garlic and parsley, salt, pepper, and a tablespoon of oil. Mix and use this mixture to stuff the inside of the sea breams.
Then add the lemon wedge, one per side.
With the remaining oil, brush the outside of the sea breams.
Place everything in the air fryer basket lined with suitable parchment paper.
Cook at 374°F for 16 minutes, without turning the fish halfway through.
Once cooked, it will be enough to fillet and bone it using two spoons.
