Super Soft and Light Yogurt Pancakes

Looking for a healthy, quick, and irresistibly fluffy breakfast? Yogurt pancakes are the perfect solution! An easy and quick recipe, ideal for starting the day with energy and taste. These pancakes are super soft and light and can be prepared in just a few minutes, with simple ingredients you already have at home: flour, eggs, yogurt, milk, and a pinch of baking powder.

I used yogurt that was about to expire, but Greek yogurt or Skyr will work just fine too.

These yogurt pancakes are perfect to pair with fresh fruit, honey, maple syrup, or a sprinkle of powdered sugar.

Additionally, they are easy to prepare and then store in the freezer for a ready-to-go breakfast.
