Anti-inflammatory Ginger Tea
The recommended honey for anti-inflammatory ginger tea is wildflower honey, but there are other equally good types. Ginger is now widely used in cooking, including the preparation of desserts and exquisite first courses, combined with other spices like cinnamon and nutmeg for sweets and with turmeric and curry for risottos. Ginger cultivation, originally from South Asia, is now also practiced in Italy in regions with milder climates.
