The quiche with preferably orange or apricot jam, is a delicious, creamy dessert with a hint of cinnamon. A rather quick and simple recipe with ready-to-use puff pastry. It also resembles the well-known and simple version of the apple strudel from Trentino. When a dessert is a must and you don’t have much time, and you need a safe bet, the apple quiche might be the right solution. Golden or Renette apples are the most recommended for this dessert, but if you have to use apples that are going bad, any type can be used.
