Breaded Chicken Breast Cutlets Soaked in Milk

Breaded chicken breast cutlets soaked in milk instead of egg, as normally done, is another different way to enjoy the goodness of cutlets and thus to change. They are a quick idea for the most loved main course, which usually always works out and pleases everyone. Often also requested by children who love to eat chicken meat, especially fried.   • 1.5 lbs Chicken breast (Thinly sliced)
  • 1 cup Milk
  • q.b. Breadcrumbs (Sufficient for breading)

Preparation

  • First prepare a plate with milk and one with breadcrumbs. Then dip the chicken breast slices first in the milk and then in the breadcrumbs, turning them on both sides. Repeat the operation one more time for each cutlet.

  • Heat the oil in a large pan and fry the slices on one side for about two minutes and then on the other, in total four minutes.
    The cutlets will take on a golden appearance and will be even more tender and good this way.

  • Place the cutlets on a plate with paper towels and serve the breaded chicken breast cutlets soaked in milk hot with a good lettuce salad side dish.
