Chocolate Sweet Salami with Pears

How delicious is the chocolate sweet salami with pears… tell it to the farmer. 🙂 The saying better known in much of the world doesn’t exactly say that but rather: cheese with pears. It must be admitted that this is true for one and the other and if I had this idea, it is thanks to the farmer. 🙂 It’s even better with pears that abound in autumn/winter. It’s easy and practical to make as a dessert; the only precaution it requires is to keep it in the refrigerator for a while without giving in to the temptation to unwrap it earlier to eat it.

Ingredients

  • 9 oz Dry biscuits
  • 3 tablespoons Unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 Pears
  • 5.25 tablespoons Vegetable margarine
  • 5 oz Dark chocolate

Tools

  • Parchment paper
  • Food processor

Preparation

  • Remove the skin from the pears and dice them. Place them on a plate and microwave for two minutes. Then stir and heat for another minute.

  • Then melt the dark chocolate pieces in the microwave with the margarine for about half a minute. Watch through the microwave window to avoid mistakes. Add the cocoa and mix well.

  • Blend half of the biscuits in the food processor until they become powdery and crumble the remaining part coarsely with your hands. Combine all the ingredients.

  • Then shape the mixture into a salami shape and place it on a sheet of parchment paper. Roll up the paper and twist the ends like candy.

  • Finally, leave the dessert in the refrigerator for six/seven hours to harden so it can be sliced more easily and served with guaranteed success :). The chocolate sweet salami with pears is a dessert especially suitable for children’s parties (the pears blend in :)) and is also loved by adults.
