Air fryer French fries are as delicious as pan-fried ones and moreover are wholesome and light. You don’t mess up the kitchen and it’s less effort. Consider how many benefits this appliance offers, which in my opinion is very useful for those who love to eat healthily without overdoing it with fats but limiting them without complete abstinence.
For air frying, however, it’s advisable to use some small tricks that you can follow in my recipe.
- Difficulty: Easy
- Cost: Economical
- Preparation time: 20 Minutes
- Portions: 3
- Cooking methods: Air Frying
- Cuisine: International
Ingredients
- 3 potatoes (Medium)
- to taste extra virgin olive oil
- to taste fine salt
- to taste rosemary (powdered)
Tools
- Air Fryer
- Potato Peeler
Steps
First, peel the potatoes. Wash well and cut into sticks on a cutting board.
Dry the potatoes with a towel or paper towel and place in a bowl.
Season with salt, rosemary, and extra virgin olive oil—one tablespoon is enough. Mix well with a utensil and transfer directly to the air fryer basket.
Cook the potatoes at 375°F in the air fryer for about twenty minutes and enjoy the fries-like potatoes as a side dish to accompany roast, cutlets, etc.
Air fryer fries are special and are best enjoyed hot with fantastic mayonnaise or ketchup sauce.
Delicious Air Fryer French Fries Just Like in a Pan
One drawback might be that for air frying, you can’t exceed quantities as the capacity is minimal.
Double the amounts and cook the potatoes in two batches.
They can then be reheated together and eaten all at once.
