Preparation
First, sift the flour into the bowl, add the softened butter, salt, vanillin, sugar, and eggs, and work for two/three minutes.
Remove the dough from the bowl, and after working it a little, shape it into a round form and wrap it in plastic wrap.
Store in the refrigerator for about an hour to make the dough firmer to make cookies more easily.
Roll out half of the dough on a floured work surface and use cutters to prepare round cookies with gingerbread men or other shapes according to preference.
Mix the candied fruit into the remaining dough and form round cookies. Press slightly with a fork.
Place the cookies on the baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake the cookies in the oven preheated to 392 degrees Fahrenheit for ten/twelve minutes.
