If you love frying but don’t overdo it because fried food is unhealthy, the air fryer is useful as it fries without oil and saves time and effort in cleaning. Check out this model.

  • Pan
  • Paper towels

Preparation

  • Place the flour in a large container with a lid and coat the squid rings a little at a time by shaking the closed container. This way you will get a uniform and perfect coating.

  • Pour plenty of oil into the pan and wait until it’s very hot.
Arrange the squid rings in the large pan carefully (splashes can cause burns).

  • Then fry the fish, arranging the rings apart so they do not stick together.
When they appear golden, turn them using two forks to fry the other side for about five/six minutes.

  • Place the golden and crispy rings on a tray with paper towels and repeat the operation until finished. Enjoy the fried squid rings similar to
fried squid noodles with a few drops of lemon on top and a little salt.

Fried Squid Rings

Tips for the fried squid rings recipe: Buy fish from your trusted fishmonger rather than elsewhere. Before buying, inquire if they have been frozen to avoid keeping them in the freezer in this case. The rings are not fried beforehand but when you are ready to eat while they are fragrant and even tastier.

Surely, frying in general should be done at the moment to be best appreciated.
