Grilled Zucchini Side Dish with Lemon

The grilled zucchini with lemon is a tasty, easy-to-prepare side dish that requires just a bit of effort and attention for cooking, which is quick; just turn them on both sides and grill over a high flame for a short time. It’s the perfect side dish for both lunches and dinners, light and delicate. Light and tasty, I would say refined, it pairs well with meat, especially white meat, with fish, and even with omelets. Low-calorie zucchinis are allies for those on a diet. They contain many beneficial properties such as vitamins A and C. They are especially recommended for those with kidney problems due to their diuretic effect, and for intestinal inflammation as they contain few fibers.
