Homemade Fruit Popsicles with Juice

Homemade fruit popsicles like we used to make when I was a child. It was so nice to prepare them at home with our own hands, fill the molds with lemonade (when mom needed to use up a lot of lemons) or simply with water and sugar, and then eagerly wait for them to be ready. Back then, to be honest, many homes didn’t have a refrigerator. When we finally could enjoy this great and extraordinary invention, we experienced all the pleasure of enjoying popsicles to refresh ourselves in the hot summer. It’s beautiful and exciting to remember those moments, and I still occasionally enjoy keeping this tradition alive. Even my daughters were so happy to participate in the preparation of homemade fruit popsicles and enjoy them. Now I also make them with fruit pieces and leftover fruit salad, and they are cheerful and colorful.

Tips for homemade fruit popsicles: Increase the sugar up to 5 tbsps if using lemon juice. Use a mold for four popsicles similar to the one indicated; otherwise, increase the amount of juice. I prepared my popsicles with orange juice even though it’s hard to find now. They are truly delicious and refreshing. Also, check out the Pinterest of The Resourceful Cook
