Honey and Cinnamon Apple Dessert

The Honey and Cinnamon Apple Dessert is sweetened with honey and flavored with cinnamon and cloves. It’s a quick but very tasty recipe. A great dessert to offer at the end of a meal. Honey is an excellent natural sweetener, widely used especially in the cold season and is also used in the preparation of many sweets. Compared to granulated sugar, it is even more beneficial as it provides immediate energy to our body. It is therefore recommended when you feel physically and mentally tired and need to face physical exertion. A Swiss friend taught me to have breakfast by spreading a cream made with softened butter mixed with honey on bread. Personally, I can say that this has helped and strengthened me. Honey has a delicate taste on the palate and can be flavored with citrus, rosemary, and more.
