No-Bake Heart-Shaped Cheesecake

No-bake Cheesecake in the shape of a heart, a dessert to prepare even for Valentine’s Day. It is made cold and is easy to prepare. It’s delicious with the delightful and fresh yogurt cream and chocolate. It is actually prepared in a short time, especially with the help of appliances that facilitate preparation with less effort. Crumbling the biscuits by hand is indeed the most challenging part of this dessert, but using a food processor makes it much faster.

Ingredients

  • 14.1 oz Digestive biscuits
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 5.3 oz Butter
  • 4 tbsp Milk
  • 2 tbsp Nutella
  • 8.8 oz Plain yogurt
  • 8.8 oz Cream cheese (Philadelphia type.)
  • To taste Chocolate chips (As much as desired)

Preparation

  •   Blend the biscuits in the food processor turning them into flour and place them in a large bowl.

  • Melt the butter in the microwave for a few seconds. Add the butter, sugar, and milk to the biscuits and mix everything well.  

  • Line the heart-shaped cake tin with parchment paper and pour the mixture on top. Use the bottom of a glass to press down on the mixture and level it.

  • Place the cheesecake base in the refrigerator for 45 minutes to harden. In the meantime, prepare the cream.

  • In a container, mix yogurt and soft cheese. Finally, pour the obtained cream onto the cheesecake base after taking it out of the refrigerator.

  • Add the two heaping tablespoons of hazelnut cocoa cream on top and use a stick to form swirls as if drawing. Decorate with chocolate chips.

  • Put it back in the fridge, and the no-bake heart-shaped cheesecake can finally be enjoyed after at least two hours. The no-bake heart-shaped cheesecake is not only delicious but also visually appealing.
