- 6 cups Coffee
- 1 glass Water
- Eggs (1)
- 1 tablespoon Sugar
- 1 tablespoon Milk
Preparation
For the cream: Beat the egg with sugar in a bowl, add the mascarpone and two tablespoons of whipped cream (set aside the remaining cream for topping) and three tablespoons of Nutella heated in the microwave on medium power for about a minute. Mix the cream well.
Prepare a large coffee maker for six cups. Pour the coffee into a large plate and add a cup of water.
Prepare a base of ladyfingers soaked in the coffee diluted with water on a tray. Pour the Nutella cream on top in spoonfuls.
Form another layer of soaked cookies. Add the whipped cream evenly. Heat two tablespoons of Nutella and pour in small doses to create the spots.
