- 26 oz potato gnocchi
- 7 tablespoons green sauce
- to taste salt

- to taste grated Grana Padano cheese

Steps
Place a pot with plenty of water on the stovetop, add salt, and bring to a boil.
Add the potato gnocchi. I used packaged ones, but if you prefer, you can make them yourself.
Wait a few minutes, approximately 3/4, and when they float to the surface, you can scoop the gnocchi with the slotted spoon and place them directly on the plates.
Pour seven tablespoons of Piedmontese green sauce into a bowl. Add half a ladle of hot water used for cooking the gnocchi and mix.
Season with the sauce and also add some grated Grana Padano cheese.
