The savory pie with feta cheese, Tropea onions, and tuna is the last pie I made in this hot season. I really liked it because the combination of these three ingredients is truly successful. Greek feta is a slightly salty cheese with a delicate flavor and is also very suitable for savory pies.
With ready-to-use puff pastry, I was able to cook it in a short time. In the summer, I don’t like spending a lot of time at the stove, and this recipe was perfect for me.

Steps
Unroll the rectangular puff pastry without removing the paper and place it in the pie pan.
Prick the puff pastry with a fork and evenly sprinkle the base with breadcrumbs.
Add the tuna on top and then the crumbled Greek feta cheese. Leave the edges free.
Cut the ends of the onions, remove the first layers, and slice the onions into two/three-millimeter slices.
Place the Tropea red onions on the savory pie and finally fold the edges inwards so they can hold the filling. Brush the edges with beaten egg.
Bake the savory pie with feta cheese, Tropea onions, and tuna in a preheated oven at 392°F for about twenty minutes and eat it warm, even for dinner.
