The small milk and butter rolls are even smaller than a slice of salami. Super soft and good to eat even without any seasoning.
Perfect for parties, desirable and appreciated because they are homemade.
- Cuisine: Italian
Ingredients
- 4 cups Flour
- 3/4 cup Milk
- 5 oz Butter
- 1 tsp Fine salt
- 1 oz Fresh yeast
- 1 egg (egg)
Tools
- Food processor
- Bowl Tupperware
Preparation
Prepare the dough in the food processor glass with the flour, warm milk where the yeast has been dissolved, salt, and softened butter.
Mix for three minutes and continue working the dough by hand for five minutes in the container used for pizza.
Pour the dough into the large Tupperware pizza bowl and close with the lid. Wait about an hour and a half for it to double in size.
Take small portions of the risen dough and round them with hands moistened in oil. Place on a baking tray lined with parchment paper, spacing the rolls apart.
Let the rolls rest for another quarter of an hour, brush with beaten egg, and then bake in the preheated oven at 536°F for about twenty-five to thirty minutes.
Enjoy the super soft and beautiful looking small milk and butter rolls. Their nice color is undoubtedly due to the egg brushed on top.
Finally, stuff with a slice of Hungarian salami, Milano, or your preferred choice, and serve for a dinner or even for a birthday party buffet and all special occasions.
Small Milk and Butter Rolls
The small milk and butter rolls can also be filled with butter and jam or even Nutella. With Nutella, I would say it’s truly the ultimate indulgence. Also, take a peek at my social media pinterest instagram twitter facebook
